About the documents
The Register of solar water heaters contains details about each solar water heater model for which RECs may be created under Mandatory Renewable Energy Target. The number of RECs a particular solar water heater model is entitled to create will depend on its installation date and geographic location.
The Register of solar water heaters has been divided into two lists based on tank size: those models with a capacity of up to and including 700L, which typically includes domestic models; and those models with a capacity of more than 700L, which typically includes commercial models.
