The '2011 Electricity Generation Return - For Accredited Power Stations' (the return) must be completed by the Nominated Person for each power station that was accredited with the Office of the Renewable Energy Regulator (ORER) on or before 31 December 2011, as specified under Section 20 of the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Act 2000 (the Act).
A separate return must be submitted for each power station accredited with the ORER, including those power stations with nil generation in 2011.
Under Section 20 of the Act the original signed 2011 Electricity Generation Return must be submitted by close of business Tuesday 14 February 2012. Under Section 30E(1) of the Act the Renewable Energy Regulator may suspend the accreditation of a power station if the return is not provided by this date.

The ORER advises respondents that faxing the return to 02 6159 7780 is undertaken at their own risk, as security cannot be guaranteed and original signed hard copies are required to be lodged by the due date.
