PECs issued

Partial Exemption Certificates (PECs) issued by the Office of the Renewable Energy Regulator may provide partial exemption from Large-scale Renewable Energy Target (LRET) and Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme (SRES) liability in respect of electricity used in defined emissions-intensive trade-exposed (EITE) activities.

In accordance with Regulation 22E(2) of the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001, the name of the prescribed person to whom a PEC is issued and the EITE activity that the PEC relates to is published below within 14 days of the PEC being issued.
